The mixing component of the conical double helix mixer consists of two asymmetric cantilevered helices, one long and one short. While rotating around their own axes, they also revolve around the central axis of the conical container. With the rotation of the arm, they also perform a planetary motion near the wall of the cone. The equipment elevates the material repeatedly through the combination of the spiral's rotation and self-rotation, creating shearing, convection, and diffusion within the cone, thereby achieving the mixing goal.
