It consists of an electronic scale, servo screw, mechanical turntable, and PLC control system. The instruments use the RX900D high-precision digital weighing instrument. The controller is composed of a SIEMENS S7200 PLC and a touch screen. The control system employs digital online monitoring technology to achieve fast and accurate batching. Combined with an independent dust collection system, the production efficiency and working environment are significantly improved.
