It consists of an electronic scale, servo screw, mechanical turntable, and PLC control system. The instruments use the RX900D high-precision digital weighing instrument. The controller is composed of a SIEMENS S7200 PLC and a touch screen. The control system employs digital online monitoring technology to achieve fast and accurate batching.
