Operation Principle:
Material is drawn in from the suction point, then transported through pipes to the storage bin where it is separated from air, which is expelled through a filter. When the bin is full of material, the vacuum pump automatically shuts off, and the pressure inside the vacuum suction machine reaches equilibrium. The discharge valve is opened, allowing the material to flow out through the outlet and directly into the storage container. The entire conveying process is controlled by a control unit.

High-quality polyester fiber filter cores with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.3 μm. They can be cleaned with clean water, alcohol, or compressed air and are suitable for long-term, repeated use.

Modular design not only simplifies installation and maintenance, but also facilitates disassembly and cleaning, preventing the presence of dead corners.
