The working principle of the stainless steel pressure filter:
The pump sends the slurry into each sealed filter chamber of the pressure filter. Under the action of working pressure, the filtrate permeates through the filter membrane or other filter media and is discharged through the outlet. The filter cake, consisting of the filter residue, remains inside the frame, thus achieving solid-liquid separation.
Features of the Stainless Steel Filter Press:
1. The stainless steel pressure filter is made of ICR18NI9TI or 316L stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The filter plates feature a threaded structure, allowing for the replacement of different filter media (such as microporous membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, clarification plates) according to the user's specific product needs. The sealing rings are made of silicone and fluororubber (resistant to acids and alkalis), ensuring no leakage and good sealing performance.
2. The plate and frame filter equipped with a microporous membrane is currently the better equipment for filtering activated carbon and particles in industries such as chemicals and food, __no carbon flow, high flow rate, and easy to disassemble.
3. Concurrently produce multi-functional plate and frame filters (second stage filtration), capable of semi-fine filtration of the initial liquid in one pass, with the option of fine filtration (also available with various pore size filter media to address different requirements).
4. Disinfect the filter with injection water before use. Soak the filter media in distilled water and then attach it to the mesh board, then tighten the pre-plate. Before starting, fill the pump with liquid, then start it and expel the air. When shutting down, close the liquid inlet valve first before turning off the power to prevent sudden shutdown from damaging the filter media.
