The Pulse Bag Dust Collector is a compact dust collector designed by Kojing Environmental Protection after absorbing and improving foreign similar products' technology. It employs high-pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) large-flow pulse valves to sequentially blow clean each filter bag, making it stand out with its strong cleaning momentum and high efficiency compared to other domestic single machines. Additionally, it is compact, lightweight, has a simple and tight structure, is easy to install, and convenient to maintain (external filter type), widely used in the dust gas purification and treatment systems of industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing. It is an ideal equipment for environmental protection and dust removal.

The GMC type pulse bag dust collector is mainly composed of the following parts:

(1) Cabinet: Includes bag room, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bags, bag frame, inspection door; cabinet design withstands pressure of 5000Pa.

(2) Blowing System: Includes main pipeline, blowing pipe, pulse valve, and controller.

(3) The intake and dust discharge section comes in two types: one with a standard dust pan, and the other with an open flange design.

The dust and ash collected from the GMC type pulse bag dust collector fall into the ash hopper and are discharged through the ash valve. This causes the dust accumulated on the filter bags of the single machine pulse bag dust collector to be periodically cleaned by pulse jet blowing, allowing the purified gas to pass normally, ensuring the operation of the dust removal system of the single machine bag dust collector.

GMC type pulse bag dust collector working principle:

Dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or through the open flange into the filter bag chamber. The gas passes through the filter bags to become clean air, which then enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, continuously increasing and causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to rise. To ensure the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200 Pa and the dust collector can continue to operate, the dust on the filter bags must be cleaned regularly. The cleaning process is initiated by a programmable controller that sequentially activates the pulse valves. This releases compressed air (0.5~0.7 MPa) from the gas reservoir through the nozzle holes (known as the primary wind). This air passes through the Venturi tube to induce several times more surrounding air (known as the secondary wind) into the filter bags, causing them to急剧膨胀 in an instant. This is accompanied by the reverse action of the airflow, which shakes off the dust, achieving the cleaning purpose.
