The UF Single Machine Dust Collector is a compact dust collector that is both economical and practical. It features a simple and sturdy structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (internal filter type). Mainly used for dust collection at points of emission and dust generation such as warehouse roofs, floor levels, silo tops, and various conveyors. The UF Single Machine Dust Collector utilizes polyester dust filters, achieving a dust removal efficiency of 99.8% with an inlet temperature of <120°C. For special applications, we can provide temperature-resistant dust collector bags. The UF-7 model single machine dust collector is a compact dust collector with the technology level of the 1980s, offering excellent dust removal performance and a wide range of applications. The single machine dust collector is an internal filter type dust collection equipment.

The UF Dust Collector consists mainly of the following components:
(a) Enclosure: Includes shell, filter bag, inspection door, filter bag clamp, and grate; the enclosure is designed to withstand a pressure of 2500Pa.
(b) Exhaust System: 1. Fan, 2. Motor for Fan Assembly
(c) Swing Mechanism: Includes swing reducer motor, crank, swing linkage, swing shaft (also known as filter bag suspension shaft).
(d) Intake and dust discharge section.
The dust collector utilizes the filtering effect of fiber fabrics to purify dusty gases. As the dusty gases enter the collector, particles with large size and high density settle down due to gravity, falling into the ash hopper. The gases containing finer dust are trapped by the filter material as they pass through, resulting in净化 of the gas. Therefore, the purpose of using this product is to remove dust and protect the environment.
The UF-type single-machine dust collector allows dusty gas to enter the ash hopper or pass through the plate holes to enter the dust filter bags. The dusty gas passes through the dust filter bags to become clean air, which then enters the housing and is exhausted by the fan through the top exhaust port. Dust accumulates on the inner surface of the dust filter bags and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise. When the resistance reaches approximately 1500 Pa, to maintain the dust collector's operation, the dust on the filter bags needs to be cleaned regularly. During the cleaning process, the top fan is turned off, and the oscillating motor is started. Due to the eccentric action of the oscillating motor, it drives the connecting rod to make the oscillating shaft rotate back and forth. The dust filter bags are in a wavy state, causing the dust to fall off. After the cleaning is complete, the oscillating motor is stopped, the fan is restarted, and the dust collector resumes operation. These actions are automatically controlled by the dust pulse controller. As the filtering time increases, the dust accumulating on the inner surface of the filter bags also increases, causing the resistance of the dust filter bags to rise, which in turn affects the dust removal efficiency. An automatic cleaning mechanism is used for timed oscillating cleaning or manual cleaning mechanism. After shutdown, the oscillating motor automatically oscillates for several seconds to shake off the dust stuck on the inner surface of the filter bags. The dust falls into the ash hopper, drawer, or directly onto the conveyor belt.
