The XNT-type wet desulfurization and dust removal unit is an integrated system that combines dust removal and desulfurization, self-discharging or mechanical ash removal, and automatic water replenishment. This dust collector features a rational structure, simple operation, high dust removal efficiency, and long service life, making it suitable for the purification and desulfurization of flue gas from smaller capacity boilers and has been well-received by a wide range of users.
The XNT type wet desulfurization and dust removal unit is a cost-effective, easy-to-maintain dust removal equipment for wet scrubbing dust collectors. The XNT type wet desulfurization deduster utilizes TO resin from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' research achievements for corrosion and wear resistance treatment. The shell is constructed with metal or ceramic panels and a metal-ceramic hybrid structure, ensuring a long service life. Technically and economically, it can rival the granite deduster. It is an ideal technical equipment for desulfurization in various industrial applications, power plant boilers, particularly for coal powder and fluidized bed boilers.
The XNT type wet desulfurization and dust removal equipment is a desulfurization device with high efficiency, low pressure loss, and dust removal capabilities. It is mainly composed of a cylinder, a spray device, a sieve plate, a dewatering and demisting unit, overflow holes, and cleaning holes. Its working principle is as follows: flue gas containing smoke, dust, and sulfur oxides enters the cylinder through the inlet flue. Alkaline absorbent solution containing [OH-] ions is sprayed out from the upper, middle, and lower parts of the filter bubble desulfurization and dust removal equipment through spiral nozzles, forming multiple rows of high-speed atomized water curtains in the opposite direction to the flue gas. This increases the collision probability between the smoke, dust, and sulfur oxides with water, and takes full advantage of the speed of the atomized droplets to create a high relative gas-liquid velocity, thereby enhancing the dust removal and desulfurization effects of the equipment.
