A manual ball valve is a pipeline control device that opens or closes by manually rotating the valve stem to 90 degrees to drive the ball, consisting of core components such as the ball, valve stem, and valve seat.
Operating Principle
When the valve stem is manually rotated, it drives the ball to rotate 90 degrees around the valve stem axis, controlling the flow of the medium by the sealing surface of the valve core and seat.
Structural Features
Sealed Design: Utilizes materials like plastic to ensure a tight seal, effectively preventing medium leakage when closed.
Channel Design: Free-flowing channels with minimal fluid resistance, suitable for various media (such as water, solvents, acids, etc.).
Connection Method: The valve is connected to the pipeline via a flange and bolts, featuring a sturdy and easily removable design.
Application Scenario
Suited for industrial pipeline systems in chemical, petroleum, power, and municipal sectors, with a nominal pressure range of PN1.0-32.0MPa and a temperature range up to -196℃ to 540℃.
