Structural characteristics
Forged steel construction with a full-welded structure, no external leakage risk. The valve body and ball are made of carbon steel or alloy steel, and the sealing ring is made from carbon fiber reinforced Teflon (RTFE) to accommodate pressure and temperature variations.
Feature Design
Equipped with relief pipes on both sides for pressure release during maintenance or inspection, reducing operational risks. The valve stem is made of special alloy steel, with a sealing design ensuring no leakage in both fully open and fully closed positions.
Application Scenario
Suited for pipelines conveying high-pressure media such as natural gas, capable of withstanding working temperatures from -29℃ to +200℃, and nominal pressure up to Class 400 (PN 6.4MPa). Installation is by direct burial underground, requiring only a ground-level operation wrench for opening and closing.
