A fully welded globe valve is a pipeline control device featuring a full welding structure, suitable for underground pipeline systems, offering leak-free risk and strong corrosion resistance.
Structural Features
The valve body and pipe are welded together, with the entire structure free of threaded or flanged joints, achieving a seal through full welding process. The main materials include carbon steel (such as ASTM A106-B) and stainless steel (such as 304/316). The ball and valve seat are equipped with PTFE sealing rings and spring design to ensure long-term sealing performance.
Job Characteristics
Working pressure covers PN16-40 MPa, with a working temperature range of -29°C to 200°C. Supports manual, pneumatic, and electric drive modes. The sealing design features a double piston effect system, with the valve stem equipped with a full fluorine rubber seal to ensure anti-leakage.
Application Scenarios
Primarily used in urban gas, heating networks, petrochemical industries, etc., these valves can be buried underground to save space. Compared to traditional valves, they don't require valve wells, have a 20-year warranty, and are easier to install.
