I. Product Overview

ADHXF-VII(Z) Type Single Call Valve with Fitting (Fire Retardant) is a safety device installed on the top of atmospheric storage tanks. It maintains the pressure inside the tank at a normal level, reducing the evaporation loss of volatile liquids within the tank, and protecting it from damage due to overpressure.

The ADHXF-VII (Z) type single call valve with connection (fire-retardant) is designed for tank medium conditions where toxicity and pollution are present. It features that exhaust gas can be discharged into the recovery pipeline, and it can prevent flames from entering the recovery unit.

II. Working Principle

ADHXF-VII (Z) Type Single Call Valve with Fitting (Fire Retardant) is installed at the top of tanks or equipment. It not only maintains pressure balance in the tank, ensuring the tank is not damaged in case of overpressure; but also reduces oxidation and loss of the medium inside the tank.

When the pressure inside the cylinder exceeds the exhaust pressure setting of the single exhaust valve, the pressure valve is lifted by the gas, allowing gas to be released from the cylinder, preventing the pressure inside from rising further.
