I. Product Overview
The AD1200 model (88 model) all-weather breathing valve is a safety device installed on the top of atmospheric storage tanks. It maintains the pressure inside the tanks at a normal level, reducing the evaporation loss of volatile liquids within the tanks, and protecting them from damage due to overpressure or vacuum.
The AD1200 model (88 model) all-weather breathing valve is a new product. Compared to the commonly used breathing valves in China, it features a larger air volume, with both overpressure and negative vacuum operations separated into individual valve cavities, offering better stability and is often used in large-scale storage and transportation projects.
II. Working Principle
AD1200 Model (88 Model) All-weather Breathing Valve is installed at the top of storage tanks or equipment, not only maintaining pressure balance in the tank to prevent damage during overpressure and vacuum conditions, but also reducing oxidation and loss of the medium inside the tank.
When the pressure of the gas inside the tank falls below the negative vacuum setting pressure of the breathing valve, atmospheric pressure lifts the vacuum valve disc, adding air into the tank to prevent the pressure from dropping further, thus avoiding the collapse of the storage tank or equipment.
When the internal pressure of the can exceeds the exhaust pressure set by the breathing valve, the pressure valve is lifted by the gas, allowing gas to escape from the can, thus preventing the internal pressure from rising further.

Section 3: Pressure Setting Range Activation
SY/T0511.1-2010 - Section 1 of "Petroleum Storage Tank Accessories - Part 1: Breathing Valves" specifies the opening pressure for breathing valves on atmospheric (including internal pressure) petroleum storage tanks as follows:

The 5 grades required by SY/T0511.1-2010 all feature gravity-assisted valve opening.
In API 2000, the typical set pressure range for gravity-type breathing valves is -4.3 KPa to +6.9 KPa, while the set pressure for spring-loaded breathing valves must exceed this range.
IV. Product Advantages
1. Provide professional breathing valve calculation sheets and CAD drawings based on the data tables and operating conditions provided by the customer.
2. Eddie summarizes years of design and manufacturing experience, optimizing the sealing form of the breathing valve, sealing material, pressure setting points, flow coefficient, and return seat sealing. As a result, the breathing valve achieves zero-leakage sealing effect at 80% of the set pressure.
3. Utilizing a tower-type valve disc structure and imported FEP diaphragm technology, achieving a 10% overpressure technology.
4. FEP film sheets feature resistance to chemical corrosion, adhesion of liquids and vapors, extreme temperature, and bonding due to valve seat freezing.
5. Prior to shipment, each unit undergoes testing on a pressure testing platform for operating pressure and leakage, and is released for manufacturing upon passing the test.
6. Carbon steel valve bodies are internally and externally coated with anti-rust primer, with an epoxy topcoat applied on the exterior; stainless steel valve bodies are sandblasted.Plastic valve bodies are subjected to polishing treatment.
7. Standard wooden boxes are used for uniform packaging.
