The HG21575-94 sight glass is suitable for observation devices on oil, chemical, and other industrial equipment with nominal pressure not exceeding 1.0 MPa, nominal diameter of 100~150mm, medium temperature of 0~200°C, and a rapid temperature change not exceeding 180°C, to monitor the operation of materials inside the equipment. Ensures production safety and product quality.

1. Field installation requires the removal of the sight glass, with the glass and gaskets properly protected to prevent damage.

2. After welding the end or branch, assemble carefully, and ensure that the fasteners are tightened symmetrically and evenly to prevent glass damage.

3. Once glass and gaskets are found to be damaged, they should be replaced immediately.
