I. Product Introduction

The AD1300 Single-Stage Valve is a safety device installed at the top of atmospheric storage tanks, designed to maintain the pressure inside the tank at a normal level and protect it from damage caused by vacuum.

The AD1300 single suction valve is a new product with larger air volume and better stability compared to commonly used single suction valves in China. It is often used in large storage and transportation projects.

Section II: Working Principle

The AD1300 type single suction valve is installed at the top of storage tanks or equipment, not only maintaining pressure balance in the tanks but also ensuring they are protected from damage during negative vacuum conditions.

When the internal pressure of the cylinder falls below the single-acting valve's set pressure, atmospheric pressure lifts the vacuum valve disc, injecting air into the cylinder to prevent further pressure drop and avoid collapsing the storage tank or equipment.

Section 3: Set Pressure Range Activation

SY/T0511.1-2010----Section 1 of "Petroleum Storage Tank Accessories - Part 1: Breathing Valves" specifies the opening pressure for breathing valves on atmospheric (including internal pressure) petroleum storage tanks as follows:

The 5 grades required by SY/T0511.1-2010 all feature a gravity-assisted opening method for the breathing valves.

In API 2000, the typical set pressure range for gravity-operated breathing valves is -4.3 KPa to +6.9 KPa, while the set pressure for spring-loaded breathing valves must exceed this range.

4. Product Advantages

After summarizing years of design and manufacturing experience, Eddy optimized the sealing form of the breathing valve, the sealing material, the pressure setting point, the flow coefficient, and the return seat sealing. As a result, the breathing valve achieves zero leakage sealing effect at 80% of the set pressure.

3. Utilizing a tower-type valve disc structure and imported FEP diaphragm technology, achieving 10% overpressure technology.

4. FEP film sheets offer characteristics of resistance to chemical corrosion, adhesion of liquids and steam, extreme temperature resistance, and bonding caused by valve seat freezing.

5. Prior to shipment, each unit is tested individually on a pressure test platform for opening pressure and leakage, and is released for production upon passing the inspection.

6. Carbon steel valve bodies are internally and externally coated with anti-rust primer, with an epoxy topcoat applied; stainless steel valve bodies are sandblasted.

Plastic valve bodies are subjected to sanding treatment.

7. Packaging is统一 in standard wooden crates.
