I. Product Introduction
The AD1260+GZJI type flame arrester-equipped single call valve is designed for use in atmospheric storage tanks storing flammable and explosive substances. It is a safety device that combines a storage tank flame arrester with a single call valve. It maintains the pressure in the atmospheric storage tank at a normal level, reducing the evaporation loss of volatile liquids inside the tank, and protecting it from damage due to overpressure.
The AD1260+GZJI type flame arrester single-valve is a new product. Compared to the commonly used flame arrester single-valve in China, it features a larger air flow volume, reduced pressure drop in the flame arrester layer, and better stability, often used in large-scale storage and transportation projects.
II. Working Principle
The AD1260+GZJI type single call valve with flame arrester is installed on the top of storage tanks or equipment. It not only maintains the pressure balance of the storage tank and prevents external open flames from entering the tank interior, but also reduces oxidation and loss of the medium inside the tank.
When the pressure of the gas inside the can exceeds the exhaust pressure setting of the breathing valve, the pressure valve is lifted by the gas, allowing the gas to be expelled from the can, preventing the pressure inside the can from rising further.

SY/T0511.1-2010 -- Section 1 of "Petroleum Storage Tank Accessories: Part 1 - Breathing Valve" specifies the opening pressure of the breathing valve for atmospheric (including internal vacuum) petroleum storage tanks as follows:

The 5 grades required by SY/T0511.1-2010 all feature gravity-assisted opening for the breathing valves.
In API 2000, the typical set pressure range for gravity-type breathing valves is -4.3 KPa to +6.9 KPa, while the set pressure for spring-loaded breathing valves must exceed this range.
Section 4: Product Advantages

2. Eddy summarizes years of design and manufacturing experience, optimizing the seal form of the breathing valve, sealing material, pressure setting points, flow coefficient, and return seat sealing. As a result, the breathing valve achieves zero-leakage sealing effect at 80% of the set pressure.
3. Utilizing a tower-type valve disc structure and imported FEP diaphragm technology, achieves 10% overpressure technology.
4. FEP film sheets feature resistance to chemical corrosion, adhesion of liquids and vapors, extreme temperature, and bonding due to valve seat freezing.
5. Prior to shipment, each unit undergoes testing on a pressure testing platform for opening pressure and leakage, and is released for production upon passing the inspection.
6. Carbon steel valve bodies are internally and externally coated with anti-rust primer, and then coated with epoxy topcoat; stainless steel valve bodies are sandblasted; plastic valve bodies are polished.
7. Packaging is uniformly done in standard wooden crates.
