Part Description:
1. Valve body; 2. Filter element; 3. Fasteners; 4. Gasket; 5. Blind plate.
I. Product Introduction
The SRYI4 cast Y-type filter is a pipeline coarse filter, suitable for filtering large particles from liquids, gases, or other media. Installed on the pipeline, it can remove larger solid impurities from the fluid, ensuring that machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments operate normally, stabilizing the production process, and ensuring safe production.
When fluid enters the filter筒 equipped with a filter mesh of specific specifications, impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged through the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter筒, clean it, and then reassemble it. Thus, the usage and maintenance are extremely convenient.
II. Product Advantages
1. The SRYI4 cast Y-type filter is manufactured using an integrated casting process, with a composite precision casting mold, featuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance with minimal defects.
2. Filter installation and maintenance are simple, and cleaning the filter mesh is convenient.
3. The Y-type filter valve body is bead-blasted; carbon steel material requires two coats of primer and topcoat.
4. Packaging is uniformly done in standard wooden crates.
Section 3: Installation Precautions
Steam or gas pipeline: filter facing horizontally.
2. Liquid Pipeline: Filter mesh installed facing down.
3. Vertical Installation: Align with the filter's installation direction.
