I. Product Introduction
The SQZD-1 Vertical Automatic Cleaning Filter is an advanced and easy-to-operate automatic cleaning filter. Driven by a motor, it utilizes the system's pressure and water source to clean the filter mesh, achieving automatic and connected filtering operations. The automatic cleaning mode is a brush-type automatic cleaning filter, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, mining, power, and urban water supply fields.
The SQZD-1 vertical automatic cleaning filter is equipped with multiple cleaning units. As water enters through the inlet and flows into each filter cylinder, impurities are trapped on the inner wall. Clean water exits through the outlet. When impurities accumulate on the inner wall, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value, or the cleaning time is reached, or a manual trigger is initiated, the filter begins its self-cleaning process, which consists of two steps: opening the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning system within the filter mesh, and the trapped impurities are discharged through the drain valve. The system remains continuous during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by a smart control box provided with the unit. Control methods include pressure difference, time, manual, and PLC control.
