I. Product Introduction

The SQZD-2 type angular automatic cleaning filter is an advanced, easy-to-operate automatic cleaning filter. It is driven by a motor and features an automatic cleaning unit that utilizes the system's pressure and water source to clean the filter mesh, achieving automatic and connected filtration operations. The automatic cleaning mode is brush-style, and it is widely used in fields such as metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, mining, electricity, and urban water supply.

The SQZD-2 Type Angular Automatic Cleaning Filter is equipped with multiple cleaning filter units. As water enters through the inlet, it flows into each filter cylinder separately, where impurities are trapped on the inner wall. The clean water then exits through the outlet. When the accumulated impurities on the inner wall of the filter cylinder reach a preset pressure difference or cleaning time, or are manually initiated, the filter begins its self-cleaning process, which consists of two steps: opening the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; and the motor drives the cleaning system within the filter net of the self-cleaning filter, releasing trapped impurities through the drain valve. The system remains non-stop during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box provided with the unit.
