I. Product Introduction

Bag filters are pressure-type filtration devices, primarily composed of main components such as the filter cylinder, cylinder cover, quick-release mechanism, and stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh. The filtrate enters the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter machine housing. The filter bag itself is housed within a reinforcing basket. Once the liquid permeates through the required fineness grade of the filter bag, it yields qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. Replacing the filter bag in a bag filter is extremely convenient, and the filtration process has minimal material consumption.

Bag filters offer numerous advantages such as reasonable construction, good sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. Particularly, the side leakage rate of the filter bags is low, ensuring accurate filtration and allowing for quick bag replacement, thereby reducing operational costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing for uniformity and ease of cleaning. We know that the filtration method used by bag filters is side-in-side-out, or it can also be side-in-bottom-out. The pressure in the pipeline pushes or pulls the filtered liquid medium into or out of the bag filter drum. The liquid medium to be filtered passes through the filter bags supported by the filter basket, which are electro-polished and perforated, resulting in the separation of solids and liquids, with the filtered liquid medium reaching its final state.
