I. Product Introduction

Bag filters are pressure-type filtration devices, primarily composed of main components such as the filter cylinder, cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh. The filtrate enters the filter bag through an inlet pipe on the side of the filter machine's housing. The filter bag itself is installed in a reinforcing mesh basket. Once the liquid permeates the filter bag at the required fineness level, it yields qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. Replacing the filter bags in bag filters is very convenient, and the filtration process has minimal material consumption.

Bag filters offer numerous advantages, including reasonable construction, excellent sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. Particularly, they have a low side leakage rate, ensuring accurate filtration and allowing for quick filter bag replacement, thereby reducing operational costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing, providing a smooth, easy-to-clean finish. We know that bag filters use a side-to-side filtration method, which can also be a side-to-bottom method. The filtered liquid medium is pressurized or aspirated into the bag filter drum through the pipeline, and the liquid medium to be filtered passes through the filter bag supported by the filter basket with electro-polished holes, resulting in the separation of solids and liquids, with the filtered liquid medium being the final outcome.
