I. Product Introduction

The micro-overlapping filter consists of the housing, inner cavity, filter plate, filter frame, central hanger, side hanger, water pan with wheel base, etc. The inner cavity includes the raw liquid chamber and the qualified liquid chamber, with the raw liquid chamber connected to the inlet and the qualified liquid chamber connected to the outlet. The purpose of the central rod is to securely fasten each filter plate and frame, and the side hanger serves the same function. A layer of filter material (filter membrane, filter cardboard, filter cloth, etc.) is placed between each filter plate and frame. This filter occupies minimal space, has a large filtering area, good pressure resistance, fast speed, high flow rate, and high dirt-holding capacity. It can be flexibly customized according to the customer's actual situation to perform different filtering functions.

This filter is widely applicable in industries such as printing, chemicals, beer, white spirit, oil, and environmental protection. It filters, clarifies, and purifies various liquids, removing fine impurities. Particularly effective for decarbonization filtration in the chemical industry, it achieves one-time decarbonization results. When paired with professional activated carbon filter membranes, the effect is even more pronounced; it is also suitable for filtering white spirits, medicinal wines, and edible oils with filter paper boards.
