I. Product Introduction

The oil level gauge is a specialized attachment used to measure the oil level inside the tank and to retrieve oil samples. One is typically installed on top of each oil tank, usually near the ladder platform. The measuring hole is equipped with a closable cover and tension bolts. To prevent sparks from occurring when the cover closes and hits metal, a non-oily rubber gasket or soft metal (copper or aluminum) is embedded in the sealing groove of the cover. Since the steel measuring tape used for measurement can easily rub against the outlet and produce sparks, a copper (or aluminum alloy) sleeve is fitted inside the pipe, or a non-sparking, colored metal guide groove (measuring tape groove) is installed outside the fixed measuring point.

To ensure that the oil scale is always lowered from the same position for each measurement, thereby reducing measurement error, a guide slot made of aluminum or copper is installed on one side of the interior wall of the oil measurement hole. The bottom plate of the oil tank directly below the measurement hole should not have any welds. If necessary, a measurement standard plate can be welded in place to minimize relative errors in each measurement.

Foot-operated oil measuring hole is a **commonly used** oil measuring hole, featuring: easy operation, compact structure, and excellent sealing performance.

In use, simply loosen the hand wheel to remove the locking screw from the sealed groove. Step on the pedal face, and the oil level cover will open immediately. After use, release the pedal, reinsert the locking screw into the sealed groove, and tighten the hand wheel.

2. Rotating Oil Measurement Hole (LYK-2 Model)

The rotating volumetric oil hole has become the second most commonly used oil hole in the market, characterized by good sealing performance and long service life.

In use, simply loosen the rotating handwheel to a certain height, then rotate the top cover horizontally to access. After use, rotate the valve cover back to its original position so that the locking clip engages with the tightening screw, and tighten the rotating handwheel.

Additionally, the rotatable oil measurement hole is compatible with locking devices, suitable for small storage tanks.

The eco-friendly oil measurement port is installed on the storage tank roof, sealed at all times. When measuring chemicals is required, first unscrew and pull out the measurement port seal, place the narrow-neck measuring component in the center of the top cover and tighten it, then press the central sealing operation handle to open the cylinder seal. At this point, insert the measuring tape from the narrow neck gap above to measure the liquid level height. After operation, pull the handle back, remove the measuring component, and then reinsert and tighten the seal. For oil measurement and sampling, simply pull down the central operation handle and open the top cover.
