The new type of spiral bucket elevator rotates the bucket for discharging material through the discharging device during unloading, while the rest of the operation keeps the bucket feeding from the top (relying on gravity for natural descent) whether in parallel or vertical conveying. It transports materials through the sealed shell by a chain-driven bucket. It can perform horizontal-to-vertical-to-horizontal combined conveying. It can be fed at a single point or multiple points, and unloading is achieved through the discharging device. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The equipment's advantages include flexible assembly, low driving power consumption due to minimal operational resistance, and virtually zero material damage rate. The machine employs PLC control with variable frequency speed regulation to achieve intelligent unattended operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
The new hoist mainly consists of Z-shaped, C-shaped, hybrid, and horizontal configurations, all sharing the same working principle and features. They are designed for horizontal-to-vertical-to-horizontal conveying of powdery, granular, and small-sized materials. The structure is compact, occupies little space, has a high lifting height, excellent sealing performance, and ensures no material damage. It has a low driving power, consumes less energy, is environmentally friendly, and easy to maintain.
