The new type of spiral bucket elevator rotates the bucket for discharging material through the discharging device during unloading, while the rest of the operation maintains the bucket facing upwards (relying on gravity) during parallel or vertical conveying. The material is transported within a sealed housing by a chain-driven mechanism. It can perform horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying. It allows for single-point or multi-point feeding, and discharging can be done at a single or multiple points via the discharging device. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The equipment's advantages include flexible assembly, low driving power consumption due to minimal operating resistance, and virtually zero material damage rate. The machine is equipped with PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation, achieving intelligent unattended operation and significantly reducing labor costs.
The new elevator mainly consists of Z-shaped, C-shaped, mixed, and horizontal configurations. Its working principle and features are the same, all designed for horizontal-to-vertical-to-horizontal conveying of powdery, granular, and small piece materials.
