The new type of spiral bucket elevator discharges material by rotating the bucket through the unloading device during unloading, while the rest of the running parts keep the bucket's feeding port upwards (relying on gravity) whether in parallel or vertical conveying. It transports material through the shell by chains. It can be combined for horizontal-vertical-horizontal conveying. It allows for single-point or multi-point feeding and unloading, which is achieved through the unloading device. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The equipment's advantages include flexible assembly, low driving power consumption due to minimal operating resistance, and nearly zero material damage rate. The machine uses PLC control with variable frequency speed regulation, achieving intelligent unattended operation, thereby significantly reducing labor costs.
The new hoist is primarily composed of Z-shaped, C-shaped, mixed, and horizontal configurations. Its working principle and features are the same, all designed for horizontal to vertical to horizontal conveying of powdery, granular, and small blocky materials. It features a compact structure, small footprint, large lifting height, excellent sealing performance, and no material damage.
