The new type of auger elevator is designed to rotate the bucket for discharging material through the discharge unit during unloading. The rest of the running parts keep the bucket in an upright position, either in parallel or vertical conveying, due to the natural gravity. The material is transported within a closed housing by a chain. It can perform horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying. It can be fed at a single point or multiple points, and unloading is completed through the discharge unit. It is fully enclosed, leak-proof, and non-polluting. Suitable for conveying various powdered and granular materials. The advantages of this equipment include flexible composition, low driving power consumption due to minimal operating resistance, and virtually zero material damage rate. The machine uses PLC control with variable frequency speed regulation to achieve intelligent unattended operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
