The XBD-L(W) fire pump is available in two types: single-suction single-stage and single-suction multi-stage segmented. It is designed for conveying clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, free of solid particles. Primarily used for boosting water pressure in fire protection systems, it can also be applied in industrial and mining water supply and drainage. The flow rate range is 5~80L/s, the pressure range is 0.2~2.25MPa, the power range is 1.5~200kW, and the diameter range is Φ50~Φ250mm.

Structural Description
The XBD-L(W) single-suction, single-stage fire pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump, both of which are coaxial. The pump structure includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, and mechanical seal. The pump's inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter, making installation and removal extremely convenient with minimal floor space required. The pump is equipped with a mounting base for easy installation and enhanced stability during operation. The pump uses mechanical seals for reliable sealing and zero leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balancing ring on the impeller. The pump's inlet and outlet flanges are designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa, facilitating pipeline matching.
The XBD-L(W) single-suction multi-stage segmented fire pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump. The motor is a Y, Y2 type three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and motor are connected by a coupling, with a rigid overall connection that requires no adjustment during operation. The pump is composed of a stator section and a rotor section. The stator section includes an inlet section, a middle section, guide vanes, an outlet section, and a stuffing box, among other components. To prevent stator wear, sealing rings and balancing sleeves are installed on the stator, which can be replaced with spare parts upon wear. The rotor section is made up of a shaft, middle wheel, and balancing drum. The lower end of the rotor is equipped with a water-lubricated bearing, while the upper end features angular contact ball bearings. The majority of the pump's axial force is borne by the balancing drum, with the remaining small portion of residual shaft downward force being supported by the angular contact ball bearings. The junction surfaces of the inlet, middle, and outlet sections are sealed using paper gaskets that are tightened for a secure fit, which can be selected according to the user's needs.
