Product Overview

This pump combines self-priming and clog-free waste discharge, allowing it to operate without a bottom valve or the need for priming water like a standard clean water self-priming pump. It can also suction up waste containing large solid particles, long fibers, sedimentary waste, ore impurities, feces, and construction wastewater, reducing the labor intensity for workers. Moreover, it is easy to use, move, install, requires simple maintenance, and offers stable performance.

● Working Conditions

1. Ambient temperature ≤ 45°C, medium temperature ≤ 60°C.

2. Cast iron pumps for medium pH range from 6 to 9, while stainless steel pumps cover 1 to 14.

3. The particle MAX diameter is 60% of the pump bore, with the fiber length being 5 times the bore diameter.

4. Total impurities in the medium should not exceed 15% of the medium's total weight, and the medium's specific gravity should not exceed 1240 kg/m³.
