The GW Type Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on advanced technology, integrating the characteristics of domestic water pumps. It features energy-saving, anti-entanglement, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It exhibits exceptional performance in conveying solid particles and long-fiber waste.
This series of pumps features an impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal, capable of transporting fluids containing solids and long fibers. Compared to conventional impellers, the pump's impeller is in a single or double channel configuration, resembling a bend pipe of the same cross-sectional size, offering excellent flow properties. With a well-designed volute, the pump's impeller has been tested for static and dynamic balance, ensuring the pump operates without vibration.

Single or double-blade impeller structure adopted, significantly enhancing the throughput capacity of debris, capable of passing fibers up to 5 times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal uses a new, hard and corrosion-resistant calcium titanate material, enabling the pump to operate continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, no need for a pump house, can operate submerged in water, significantly reducing construction costs.
4. The pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor in the seal oil chamber, and a thermal-sensitive element is pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic protection of the pump motor.
5. Fully automatic control cabinets can be equipped according to customer requirements, providing automatic protection against pump leaks, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing product quality and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level, requiring no constant supervision and is extremely convenient to use.
7. The GW series can be equipped with a dual-track automatic coupling installation system to meet user needs, which greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. Operates across the full range without overloading the motor.
9. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
