The WQ Type Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on advanced technology, integrating the characteristics of domestic pump usage. It features energy-saving, anti-tangling, non-clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It exhibits exceptional performance in conveying solid particles and long fiber waste.
This series of pumps features an impeller design and a new mechanical seal, capable of transporting fluids containing solids and long fibers. Compared to traditional impellers, the pump's impeller is in a single or double-channel configuration, resembling a bend pipe of the same cross-sectional size, offering excellent flow properties. With a rationally designed volute, the pump's impeller passes static and dynamic balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation during use.

1. Utilizing a single or double-blade impeller structure, it significantly enhances the throughput of debris, capable of passing 5 times the pump's diameter in fibrous material and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump's diameter.
2. The mechanical seal utilizes a new, hard and corrosion-resistant calcium titanate material, allowing the pump to operate continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, no need for a pump house, can operate submerged in water, significantly reducing construction costs.
4. The pump features a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor in the seal oil chamber, with heat-sensitive elements pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic motor protection.
5. Equipped with an automatic control cabinet as per customer requirements, the pump is protected against leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing the product's performance and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop based on the required liquid level, eliminating the need for constant supervision and offering extreme convenience in use.
7. The WQ series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system according to customer requirements, which greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.

9. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
