ISG Vertical Explosion-Proof Pipe Pump is a pump specifically designed for transporting flammable and explosive media, featuring explosion-proof capabilities and suitable for environments with explosive gas mixtures. Its design integrates the advantages of IS-type centrifugal pumps and SG-type pipe pumps, offering features such as energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.
Operating Principle
The ISG vertical explosion-proof pipeline pump operates by causing the water to generate centrifugal movement through the rotation of the impeller. After the motor is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller and water to rotate at high speed, and the water, subjected to centrifugal force, is propelled outward to the edge of the impeller. It then flows through the pump casing channels and finally into the pressure water pipeline.
Structural Features
Vertical structure: Inlet and outlet diameters are consistent and aligned on a single line, facilitating installation and maintenance._
Compact Design: The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, reducing the axial dimensions. The overall structure is compact, operates smoothly, and has low vibration and noise.
Multiple Control Options: Offering various control options to meet diverse usage requirements._
Explosion-proof design: Specifically suitable for environments with explosive gas mixtures, ensuring safe operation.
Application Scenario
The ISG vertical explosion-proof pipeline pump is widely used in industrial and urban drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, boilers, heating rooms, and factory mine closed-loop systems for high-temperature hot water circulation or medium exchange. Its medium temperature range is from -20℃ to 120℃.
