The ISG series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a cleverly combined design by our R&D team in collaboration with domestic pump experts, selecting domestic hydraulic models and adopting performance parameters from the IS type centrifugal pump. It is based on the general vertical pump design. Additionally, it evolves into suitable models for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil pumps based on the ISG model, catering to different temperatures and media. This series boasts energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

Product Features

1. The pump features a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same central axis. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, boasts a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, requires minimal floor space, and has low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is well-designed, ensuring reliable balancing of radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. This guarantees smooth pump operation with minimal vibration and low noise.

3. Axial seals utilize mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, reliably extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump housing nut to remove all rotor components.

5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations according to the required flow and head.

6. Pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.

● Main Application

1. ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump, designed for conveying clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other heating and cooling water circulation pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T<80°C.

2. IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulating pumps are widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, as well as for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation in hotels and restaurants, and for circulation pumps in urban heating systems. The IRG type has a service temperature of T < 120°C, while the GRG type has a service temperature of T < 240°C.

3. IHG Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pump, designed for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive in nature, and with a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for applications in the oil, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, and synthetic fiber industries, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C.

4. YG Type Vertical Pipeline Oil Pumps, designed for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.

5. ISGD Vertical Low-Speed Centrifugal Pump, suitable for applications requiring very low environmental noise, such as air conditioning circulation.
