The ISG series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps are a result of collaborative efforts by our R&D team and domestic pump experts, selecting domestic hydraulic models and adopting performance parameters from the IS type centrifugal pumps. They are ingeniously designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. Additionally, variations for hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical, and oil pumps are derived from the ISG model based on different operating temperatures and media. This series boasts energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

Product Features

1. The pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single central axis. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, boasting a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, minimal floor space requirement, and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized for reliable balancing of radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise.

3. Axial seals use mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, incorporating imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-high temperature resistant mechanical seals, and seals made of hard alloy materials for abrasion resistance, reliably extending the service life of the mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply unscrew the pump coupling bracket nuts to remove all rotor components.

5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.

6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientations, as required by the pipeline layout.

1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigerant circulation, bathroom water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T<80°C.

2. The IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulating pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as in hotels and restaurants for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation for boiler systems and urban heating systems. The IRG type is suitable for temperatures T < 120°C, while the GRG type is suitable for temperatures T < 240°C.

3. IHG Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pump, designed for transporting liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with a viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers, operating temperature range: -20°C to 120°C.

4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump, designed for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.

5. ISGD Vertical Low-Speed Centrifugal Pumps, suitable for applications with stringent environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation, etc.
