● Main Application
The LG-B type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is particularly suitable for constant pressure water supply, fire protection, and sprinkler water supply equipment in high-rise buildings such as residential complexes, hotels, and office buildings. It is also used for automatic make-up water in chemical industry process cooling towers; for system pressure maintenance, process water reuse in production, long-distance transportation, and boiler water supply. It can transport liquids at normal temperature (<80°C), with hot water models capable of transporting media at temperatures below 105 degrees Celsius. The liquid can be clear water or a medium with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
Product Overview
The LG-B Type Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump is a new generation water supply product developed based on the actual needs of high-rise building constant pressure water supply and fire protection industries. This pump utilizes a domestic hydraulic model, meticulously designed by our technical staff, thus featuring high efficiency, stable performance, low noise, long service life, attractive appearance, small footprint, easy maintenance, and lightweight.
The LG-B type pump is composed of a motor and pump connected by a shell-type coupling, ensuring the pump and motor are coaxial for smooth operation and low noise. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor, easy for users to replace. The entire structure is rigidly connected, requiring no alignment during use. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal, and the pump is designed with a quick-disassembly structure for easy replacement of the mechanical seal.
The pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end.

Product Features
1. The pump features a compact structure, small size, and attractive appearance. Its design ensures minimal footprint for installation, and with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, ensuring the pump's concentricity and thereby enhancing its operational stability and extending the pump's service life.
3. Axial seal utilizes mechanical seals or a combination of them, featuring hard alloy sealing rings, which enhances the sealing performance and extends the pump's lifespan.
4. Easy installation and maintenance without the need to disassemble the piping system. The pump's inlet and outlet have the same diameter, simplifying pipeline connections.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet flow and head requirements.
6. The inlet and outlet can be installed at various angles of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° to accommodate different connection scenarios as needed.
7. The pump head can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages, combined with the cutting impeller diameter to meet requirements, without altering the installation footprint—a feature not offered by other types of pumps.
