Chenxing Industry's Grade A flame-retardant fire-resistant board is made from high-quality vermiculite sourced from Xinjiang, which is sifted and aerated to remove impurities before being expanded at high temperatures to form a porous, fluffy expanded vermiculite. The expanded vermiculite is mixed with a binder in a specific ratio and blended evenly, then pressed into boards at high temperatures. Due to the primary ingredient being the expanded vermiculite, which is porous and non-flammable, and the binder being a fire-resistant adhesive, the boards are non-flammable, insulating, fireproof, and thermally insulated, while also having sufficient strength for drilling, grooving, and cutting. Sizes: 1000*2000*20MM, 1000*2000*30MM, 1000*2000*40MM, 1000*2000*50MM, 1000*2000*60MM; custom sizes available upon customer request.
