Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industrial Co., Ltd. has extensive production experience. Vermiculite roof tiles are made by pressing 90% vermiculite, 5% binder, and 5% inorganic materials using a single-grinding and single-pressing method. Vermiculite roof tiles offer excellent heat insulation properties, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation, high compressive strength, low thermal conduction rate, low water absorption, long service life, and strong corrosion resistance. Customization is available according to customer requirements, with various specifications and thicknesses to choose from.
Expanded shale tiles can be produced in bulk using molds, while smaller quantities can be processed by machine (the drawback is that the surface is rather rough).
Shijiazhuang Chenxing Industrial Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Liugou Mining Processing Factory in Lingxiang County, primarily engaged in the processing and sales of non-metallic minerals such as vermiculite, mica, kaolin, and quartz sand. The company was registered as a limited liability corporation in 2000, mainly focusing on the production and processing of vermiculite products, including vermiculite bricks, slabs, fire-resistant boards, thermal insulation boards, soundproof boards, and vermiculite tiles.
Chenxing boasts a strong technical team and established a joint laboratory with Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2000 for product research and development. The vermiculite products, mainly vermiculite boards, achieve an annual output of over 200,000 square meters. These products are primarily for domestic sales and exported to countries like South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, the UK, and Australia.
