Automated winding, welding, and inspection line operations. Utilizes a handling arm to automatically pick up the frame for winding on the winding machine, then automatically welds the insulated wire to the terminals using resistance welding upon completion of winding; followed by CCD flatness and resistance value inspections.

2. Terminal winding is achievable, with winding capability in both vertical and horizontal directions.
3. Wound evenly, with no crossing or stacking of the wire.
4. CCD automatic flatness inspection (inspection based on samples), qualified pieces flow to the next process for manual re-inspection (manual re-inspection station added for early production or special quality control), and unqualified pieces are automatically placed in the defective goods box.
5. Winding varieties can be quickly changed, and quick clamps for different products are interchangeable.
6. Line End Treatment: a. Fracture or pneumatic shears cut; b. Waste wire falls into the waste wire trough.
7. 7-inch LCD touch screen programming, offering a human-machine interaction teaching system, achieving a "what you see is what you get" programming effect.
8. CCD automatic flatness detection (inspection based on samples), qualified pieces flow to the next process for manual re-inspection, and unqualified pieces are automatically placed in the defective goods box.
9. Defective product boxes are locked to prevent operators from taking defective products from the box and continuing to use them.
10. Resistor welding control programs feature a counting of electrode head welding cycles (set by the product process), and a warning for polishing (or replacing) electrodes after a set number of welds.
11. Resistor welding ensures a seamless welding process without issues like spatter or incomplete welds.
12. Automatically test resistance values, store qualified parts for cutting, and place unqualified parts in the defective goods box.
13. The main shaft and the X, Y, Z three-dimensional axes are all equipped with AC servo motors, offering quick and accurate operation speeds and positioning speeds for each axis.
14. The control area features start and emergency stop buttons for easy operation and user-friendliness.
