YRT turntable bearing
The 181 turntable bearing is an outer ring rotating, inner ring supporting rotation mechanism, mainly divided into three series: proof type, ERT type, and deep T type. These three series of special ball bearings have the same installation dimensions, with differences in internal structure and similar performance. The r series special ball bearings are composed of three rows of rollers, two rows ensuring stable axial load capacity with radial balls, and one row of radial rollers to ensure the bearing can withstand radial forces and overturning moments, suitable for rotation mechanisms with axial load. T turntable bearings are mainly used in the manufacturing industry of CNC machine tools. The w1 turntable bearing consists of a thrust/centrifugal collar, a thrust washer, two roller pin retainer assemblies, and a set of centrifugal spherical rollers. The housing and collar have evenly distributed mounting screw holes. This type of bearing has high axial and radial load capacity, high rigidity, and high precision. It is suitable for rotation tables, collets, milling heads, and bearing configurations in measurement and experimental applications. This type of bearing also has high requirements for the mating equipment components. The installation torque of the mounting screws must be controlled. Application range: Widely used in precision rotation tables, CNC rotation tables, vertical grinding machines, indexing heads, gear hobbing machines, milling machines, and workpiece shafts of precision devices.
YT Turntable Bearing Home Installation Part
1. Requirements for the mating structure are shown in the right figure. During transportation, secure the bolt to protect the bearing parts. To facilitate centering installation, the fixing bolt can be loosened during installation. After installation, the fixing bolt should be tightened again or replace it with a locating bolt for better stability. 2. L-section rings can be installed with or without additional support rings.
a) YET bearing without support ring
b) For support rings with L-sectioned hoop, bearing code YRT...VSP, the entire surface of the L-sectioned hoop must be supported.
3. Assembly force must be transferred through the installed bearing rings, never through the rolling elements.

4. Use a torque wrench to tighten the locating screws in a cross pattern, as shown in Figure 2.

5. Do not separate or exchange bearing components for assembly and disassembly.
6. The starting friction torque is 3 to 3.5 times the friction torque listed in the size table.
