It achieves axial telescopic adjustment through a rod mechanism and is primarily used in scenarios requiring filtration and compensation for pipeline displacement, such as in petrochemical industries and water supply and drainage systems.

Special Requirements: Anti-static devices must be installed in the gas transmission pipeline. Corrosive medium conditions can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel or plastic-lined shell.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation Steps:
Check that the expansion joint has no visible damage and confirm the size matches the pipeline.
Horizontally or vertically mounted on straight pipe sections, adjusted to align with the axis of the adjacent pipe.
Fixed bracket or hanger, ensuring no displacement during operation.
Maintenance Points:
Regularly inspect the lubrication condition of the pole threads.
The drain valve is designed with a downward 45° slope for easy debris discharge.
The housing material can be selected from corrosion-resistant options such as carbon steel and ductile iron.
