The YQ98004 type filter piston check valve is a valve installed on the outlet pipeline of water supply system pumps, primarily used to prevent backflow of medium, eliminate water hammer phenomena, and also combines the functions of an electric valve, a check valve, and a water hammer eliminator.
Operating Principle
When the pump is turned on, water flows through the conduit into the middle cavity, pushing the piston upward to open the main valve. When the pump stops operating, the piston descends slowly as the backwater pressure decreases, and the main valve closes slowly in response, effectively preventing water hammer impact.
Core Features
Anti-Backflow: Prevents medium backflow to ensure the normal operation of the water supply system.
Waterproof hammer: Integrated with the principle of slow opening and quick closing technology to eliminate pressure fluctuations generated during pump start-up and shutdown.
Energy-saving: The valve body features a full-channel streamlined design, offering low pressure loss, high flow rate, small volume, and light weight.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for pump outlet pipes in waterworks, high-rise building water supply systems, fire water supply systems, and other water supply systems.
