The JLH Three-in-One Check Valve is a pipe control device integrating three functions: shut-off, check, and throttle. It is produced by companies such as Yongjia County Junzheng Valve Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kailike Valve Co., Ltd., and others. Its core structure includes the valve body, seat, stem, spring, and valve disc, utilizing a Y-type diaphragm structure and non-metallic sealing pairs. The valve disc opens due to the thrust of water flow, and during pump shutdown, the spring drives the rapid closure to prevent backflow and water hammer impact.

Features

‌Silent Shut-off: Utilizes a spring-loaded pre-closing valve disc for quiet closure, preventing noise caused by water hammer impact.‌

Flow Adjustment: Equipped with an internal opening indicator, flow can be adjusted by rotating the valve rod. Clockwise rotation will cut off the medium.

‌Application Scenes: Suitable for scenarios requiring prevention of liquid backflow in building water supply and drainage systems, HVAC systems, and boiler condensate pipelines, etc.‌
