HH44X Micro-friction Check Valve is a valve designed to prevent reverse flow of media and eliminate destructive water hammer. It is primarily installed at the pump outlet and is suitable for clean water, wastewater, seawater, etc. The operating temperature is ≤80℃ (extendable to 200℃), and the nominal pressure range is 1.0-2.5MPa.
Structural Features
Balanced Hammer Assembly: Offers minimal water flow resistance during valve disc rotation, requiring only one-fifth of the opening force compared to traditional swing check valves, demonstrating significant energy-saving effects.
Damper Device: The adjustable damping time after valve disc closure is from 0 to 60 seconds, achieving water hammer pressure reduction through staged closure.
Sealed Valve Disc: Matches with stainless steel valve shaft for stable sealing, corrosion resistance, vibration reduction, wear resistance, smooth operation, and low noise.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for industrial, agricultural, urban, and high-rise residential water supply and drainage systems, ensuring safe operation of pumps and pipelines, extending equipment lifespan, and reducing maintenance costs.
Material and Specifications
Valve Body Material: Gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, etc.
Sealing Material: Nitrile rubber or rubber assembly.
Pipe Size Range: DN40 - DN800 (various models cover DN50 - DN1600).
This valve conforms to standards such as GB/T 13927 and is widely used in municipal, petrochemical, and other fields.
