The HQ45X low-resistance ball check valve is a valve equipment that operates by using the medium pressure to drive a rubber-lined ball valve disc for opening and closing. Its core features include high flow rate, low flow resistance loss, noiseless closure, and reduction of water hammer waves. The valve body features a spherical design, supporting both horizontal and vertical installation, and is mainly used at the pump outlets of cold water, hot water, and industrial wastewater pipeline networks to prevent medium backflow.
Technical Specifications
Nominal Pressure: 1.0~1.6 MPa (some models up to 2.5 MPa)
Pipe Diameter Range: DN50-1000mm
Applicable Mediums: Water and Mildly Corrosive Fluids
Operating Temperature: 0~80℃
Flange Standard: GB/T 17241.6, GB/T 9113
Test Standards: GB/T 13927, AP1598
Operating Principle
When the medium flows in the forward direction, the pressure pushes the rubber-lined ball valve disc away from the seat sealing surface, opening the valve; when the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc rolls back to the seat under the reverse pressure, forming a seal and closing the valve. The dual ball structure (HQ45X) achieves the sealing effect through the协同 action of the two balls.
Structural Features
Valve Disc Material: Carbon Steel Coated with Rubber
Sealing Method: Medium Pressure-Driven Self-Sealing
Installation Method: Horizontal or Vertical Installation
Application Scenarios
Ideal for water supply and drainage in construction, industrial effluent discharge, and HVAC fields, particularly suitable for submersible effluent pump systems, effectively preventing water hammer impacts from damaging the pump body.
