The J744X hydraulic angular sludge discharge valve is a hydraulic-driven angular stop valve, primarily used for sediment discharge in water treatment plants' sedimentation tanks and sewage treatment plants. It can also be used for cutoff control in industrial pipelines for water, gas, oil, etc. The core structure is composed of a hydraulic cylinder and an angular stop valve, which controls the flow by lifting and lowering the valve plate via hydraulic power. It is usually paired with a four-way directional valve and supports remote electromagnetic control or manual operation.
Core Features
Sealing Performance: Equipped with L-shaped leather suction cup seals, offering stable sealing performance and a lifespan of up to 2 years or more.
Opening and Closing Speed: Fast opening in 3 seconds, full opening within 15 seconds, soft-sealed design ensures no leakage after closing.
Drive Mode: Hydraulically driven, pressure can be directly utilized from the waterworks' medium pressure, without the need for additional energy equipment.
Application Range: Nominal Diameter DN50-500mm, Nominal Pressure 1.0MPa, Operating Temperature 0-80℃.
Technical Specifications
Working Pressure: 0.15-0.3 MPa or 0.3-1.0 MPa.
Drive Mode: Supports remote electromagnetic control or manual operation, capable of controlling 4-12 devices simultaneously.
Body Material: Valve body made of HT200 cast iron or stainless steel, valve stem made of stainless steel.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation Location: Mount on the outer wall at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. Ensure the valve body arrow points in the same direction as the medium flow.
Maintenance Points: Regularly inspect seal wear and promptly replace damaged parts.
