
The JM742X diaphragm-bottom sludge valve is a device installed at the bottom of a sedimentation tank, primarily used for removing sludge and impurities from the tank bottom. Its core working principle involves using a 2-way 4-way directional valve to control the main valve's opening and closing, thus enabling the sludge discharge function.
Core Structure
This valve is composed of main valve, two-position four-way directional valve, valve disc, and other components. When the directional valve is in one state, the main valve's cavity is filled with water, while the upper cavity is open to the atmosphere. The diaphragm, under pressure, drives the valve disc upward, causing the main valve to open. When the directional valve switches to the second state, the main valve's cavity drains, and the upper cavity is filled with water, closing the main valve.
