The J744X Pneumatic Hydropneumatic Angle Quick-Opening Sludge Discharge Valve is a type of angular cutting valve powered by hydraulic or pneumatic sources, primarily used on the outer side wall of sedimentation basins in water treatment plants to discharge sediment, sludge, and wastewater accumulated at the bottom of the basin. Its core structure features a diaphragm separating the valve body chamber with reinforced nylon rubber, controlled by an electric or manual two-position four-way directional valve to regulate fluid flow, enabling quick opening and closing.
Key Features
Frictionless Design: Utilizes a diaphragm transmission mechanism in place of the traditional piston structure, reducing motion friction, suitable for slurry and other particulate media conditions, significantly enhancing valve durability.
Rapid Open/Close: Activation time is 3 seconds faster, full open within 15 seconds, and maintains good sealing performance after closing with no leakage.
Drive Mode: Supports pneumatic, hydraulic, manual, and remote electromagnetic control, capable of simultaneously operating multiple devices (such as 4-12 units).
Technical Specifications
Nominal Diameter: DN50-500mm
Nominal Pressure: 0.6-4.0 MPa (pneumatic), 1.0-1.6 MPa (hydraulic)
Medium Temperature: Less than 80℃
Working Depth: Less than 10 meters
Drive Medium: Clean Water, Air, Hydraulic Oil
Installation Key Points
The valve body arrow direction must be consistent with the medium flow direction.
Valve cover facing up for horizontal installation, valve stem facing out for vertical installation.
Filter required to meet effluent discharge standards
Applicable Scenarios
Widely used for sediment discharge in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant sedimentation tanks, and industrial pipelines, particularly suitable for particle medium treatment scenarios.
