The FGP4X Compound Air Valve is a composite high-speed intake and exhaust device specifically designed for water supply pipelines. It is mainly used for rapid exhaust during pipeline filling, rapid intake during pipeline vacuum, and微量exhaust in normal operating conditions. Its core functions include:
Operating Principle
The design employs Bernoulli's theory, achieving dynamic balance through a float ball and conical structure. As water flows into the pipe, the float ball rises with the water and closes the exhaust port; when the pipe develops a vacuum, the float ball descends with the water level, opening the intake hole; under normal pressure, the small hole continuously exhausts in微量. This design ensures that the exhaust port is not blocked under high-speed airflow, while avoiding reliability issues caused by complex guard tube structures in traditional valves.
Applicable Scenarios
Pipe high points or dead air zones: Rapidly expel accumulated gases to prevent pipeline blockage.
Pump Start/Stop: Prevent pipe breakage or vibration due to negative pressure.
Cold regions: Frost protection standards should be selected based on the temperature.
Technical Specifications
Bore: DN15-200 (some models support larger diameters).
Pressure: 1.6-2.5 MPa.
Material: Cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel (specific material to be confirmed based on order parameters).
Protective Design: Models with a protective mesh prevent debris from entering, featuring a mesh diameter of 6-8mm.
Cautionary Notes
A filtering device is required to handle water sources with high levels of impurities.
Freezing measures must be taken in cold regions.
