The JD745X Multi-functional Pump Control Valve is a hydraulic control device that integrates the functions of an electric valve, check valve, and water hammer eliminator. It is primarily used at the pump outlet of high-rise buildings, municipal water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, and industrial fluid transportation systems to prevent medium backflow and eliminate water hammer effects.

Core Functions

‌Prevent Water Hammer: Through three stages of gradual opening, quick closing, and gradual closing, effectively suppress the pressure fluctuations generated during the start and stop of the pump, protecting the pipeline and pump.‌

‌Automatic Control: No external electrical control system required; valve operation is automatically completed with the start and stop of the pump.‌

Medium Unidirectional Flow: The valve body arrow must align with the water flow direction to ensure unidirectional flow.

Structural Features

‌Dual control room structure: Diaphragm or piston design for quick closure to 90% opening to prevent backflow, with the remaining opening gradually closed by the combined action of water pressure.‌

Full-channel streamlined design: Low hydraulic loss, high flow rate, compact size, and light weight.

Pipe Size Range: DN40 - DN1600.

‌Working Pressure: 1.0-2.5 MPa (Standard Type), 1.0-10.0 MPa (Diaphragm Type).‌

Installation Points
