Prevent Water Hammer: By closing the main valve in stages (first closing 90% to buffer the impact, with the remaining 10% sealed by backwater pressure), effectively prevents pressure fluctuations and equipment damage due to water flow inertia when the pump stops.

‌Automated Control: Utilizes electromagnetic guide valves for on/off operation, no external power required, ensuring safe and reliable operation.‌

‌Application Range: Suitable for pipe systems with nominal diameters DN50-600, operating pressure range of 0.6-2.5MPa, and medium temperature not exceeding 80°C.‌

Structural composition

Composed of main valves, solenoid pilot valves, needle valves, ball valves, check valves, stroke switches, micro filters, and pressure gauges, etc., it achieves automatic regulation through a hydraulic control system.

Installation Requirements

The unit must be horizontally positioned with the valve cover facing up, and a filter must be installed at the front.

The arrow direction must be consistent with the water flow direction.
