The 700X water pump control valve is a hydraulic control device for high-rise buildings, residential water supply networks, and urban water supply projects. Its primary function is to prevent water hammer and regulate the water pressure of the pipeline.
Core Features
Prevent Water Hammer: By closing the main valve in stages (first closing 90% to buffer the impact, with the remaining 10% sealed by backwater pressure), effectively prevents pressure fluctuations and equipment damage due to water flow inertia when the pump stops.
Automated Control: Utilizes electromagnetic guide valves for on/off operation, no external power required, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Application Range: Suitable for pipe systems with nominal diameters DN50-600, operating pressure range of 0.6-2.5MPa, and medium temperature not exceeding 80°C.
Structural composition
Composed of main valves, solenoid pilot valves, needle valves, ball valves, check valves, stroke switches, micro filters, and pressure gauges, etc., it achieves automatic regulation through a hydraulic control system.
Installation Requirements
The unit must be horizontally positioned with the valve cover facing up, and a filter must be installed at the front.
The arrow direction must be consistent with the water flow direction.
Technical Specifications
Working Pressure: Available in various specifications, including 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.5MPa.
Action Pressure: Electromagnetic valve action pressure ≥ 0.03 MPa.
Medium Temperature: 0-80°C.
Slow Closure Time: Adjustable range 3-120 seconds.
This valve is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water supply systems, featuring easy maintenance and low pressure loss.
