The 600X electric control valve is a hydraulic-operated valve with an electromagnetic valve as the pilot, primarily used for remote control in water supply and drainage as well as industrial systems, and can replace gate valves and butterfly valves in large electric operating systems.

Structure and Function

This valve is composed of components such as the main valve, solenoid pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, and filter. It is connected by flanges and operates in a unidirectional flow. It is controlled by receiving electrical signals through the solenoid pilot valve (supports AC220V or DC24V power supply) to open or close. The closing speed can be adjusted via the needle valve to prevent water hammer effects.

Installation and Maintenance

Install a Y-type filter before the valve and keep the drain port clear. The fire protection system should have a reserved drainage device. The main valve diaphragm is a wear item and requires regular inspection and replacement.
